How does EMS work?
During an EMS session, you’ll wear a specialized suit equipped with electrodes that send electrical impulses to your muscles, causing them to contract. This process mimics natural muscle contractions but at a higher intensity, leading to improved strength and endurance.

Each EMS workout is approximately 20 minutes long, followed by a 2-minute relaxation period to aid muscle recovery.

Consistent EMS sessions every 3-7 days can lead to noticeable changes within the first 5 sessions. Results vary based on factors like body composition, nutrition, and lifestyle.
EMS training can aid in fat loss by increasing muscle activation and boosting metabolism. While muscle mass may increase, leading to weight stability, reductions in body measurements and improved muscle tone are common.

Yes, a certified trainer will guide you through specific movements during the session to maximize the benefits of muscle stimulation.

What membership plans do you offer?

We have 1-month, 3-months and 6-months memberships. We include 4 or 8 sessions per month in all the 3 memberships. 

You can set up your membership online through our website or contact us directly to enroll.

Additional sessions can be purchased at your membership’s session rate.

No, unused sessions do not carry over to the next billing cycle.

Sessions must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require 24-hour notice; otherwise, the session will be deducted. Medical emergencies require documentation.

How do I book a session?

Sessions can be booked online, via our mobile app, or by contacting us directly.

1-2 sessions per week are recommended, with at least 36 hours between sessions for recovery.

Yes, we accommodate up to 2 people per session. Training with someone you know can be motivating and enjoyable.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations result in the session being deducted.

All session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Do you have a physical studio location?

No, we are a mobile EMS service and conduct all sessions at your home or preferred location.

We currently serve the Kochi, Kerala area. Please contact us to confirm if we can reach your specific location.

Ensure you have a clean, open space for the session. Wear comfortable workout attire. We’ll bring all necessary equipment.

Yes, all our trainers are officially licensed and have undergone extensive in-house training to ensure high-quality EMS instruction.

Travel is free within our standard Kochi service radius; locations beyond city limits may incur a small surcharge, confirmed during booking.
